Founded by Elias Victoriano, a Civil Engineer and Master of Science in Construction Management, our company is DBE Certified and committed to ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery.
Our Journey
Our story begins in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic, where Elias Victoriano’s passion for construction took root. After earning his Civil Engineering degree, he relocated to the United States, where he advanced his expertise with a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at El Paso.
Today, Elias leads VCPM with over $100 million in managed projects, demonstrating our capability to recover from delays, develop recovery schedules, and complete projects within budget and ahead of schedule.
